Most common error is forgetting to put the purchase key in, refer to manual or video for correct installation. Commands, where can I find the right commands? The Member's Area has a list of the functions and commands that you can reference. What broker do you recommend? Our preferred broker is Forex.com, they offer UK based accounts that do not follow F.I.F.O. or hedging limitations. Can you have more than one command on a line? Yes, That is a unique feature that Magic Stick has. Where do I find downloading questions instructions? Refer to the manual or go to the Member's Area and videos on how to download Magic Stick. What if I get a time frame and error? Magic stick is defaulted on the 1Hr chart if it gives you this error either the settings have been change and not on the right time frame. How do I know if the settings are all correct to trade Magic Stick? First before using it on your live account you want to test it a few times to make sure all settings are correct. You also want to make sure you either went through the video course and the manual. How do I editing settings on Magic Stick? Right click on the smiley face on the top right hand side of the MT4 platform click on expert advisor then go to inputs. In this location you can change the settings to fit your trading style. How to use the tool? Videos and manuals will give you a lot of great examples in how to use tool. Why is magic stick so expense compared to other EAs? Magic Stick is a trading tool that allows you to save time and effort in your trades and also allow you to more fully control how your trade is managed. Other EAs are trying to automate the process entirely and for a lack of a better description, "They just don't make money". Am I able to access my VPS server with multiple computers and have magic stick on the VPS server? Yes Can Magic Stick work on all MT4 brokers? Yes Does your account size matter when using Magic Stick? No and actually Magic Stick has some features that will stop Magic Stick from placing the trade if that will over leverage your account. Can Magic Stick be used on all time frames? Yes you can specify any of the time frames for Magic Stick to work on. What should I do when I have a problem with Magic Stick that I cannot solve after checking the Members Area and the FAQ's? Contact support and send screen shot, logs, and explanations of trade. Where do I get the log in information? Go to your broker's folder, usually in my computer, local disk c, program files, "your broker", experts and then logs. How to take screen shots? On your keyboard there is a print screen button, top right of the keyboard usually. It can say "Print Screen" or share the key with another item and say "prt sc". Once you press the Print Screen button you will not see anything happen but an image of the screen has been copied to the computers clipboard. You will then need to open a word processor and right click and paste the image onto the new document. Will the sleep mode on the computer affect Magic Stick's ability to place trades? Yes, Magic Stick will do as it is commanded if there is any error typically is the users lack of knowledge. We want everything set correctly so you can take advantage and want the end user to make money with this tool. Virtual server is the avenue that we recommend revisit the website to sign up.
